Governance
Responsibilities, permissions, validations, limits and changes must remain legible for both operators and products.

Access — explicit scope
The platform has transversal capabilities (identity, content, data, shared services). Products consume them — they don't duplicate them.
Access follows canonical roles and scopes, with auditing of changes. A change in scope leaves an identifiable trace.
Managed content goes through the Builder, with explicit versions, commits, and states. What is published is identifiable; what is not is not accessible.
Important decisions retain their context and verification elements. A statement without observable evidence is not a public statement.
When Northken asserts a feature, the observable element that supports it remains accessible: the content version, the release status, the change audit. The chain of evidence is not a slogan — it is what allows an operator or customer to verify a claim without calling Northken. Exceptions are documented, not hidden.
